1 Day Climb - The Alpine Tower

Back by popular demand! We will travel to the Peshtigo River where we will set up this trip’s base camp and meet our certified whitewater rafting outfitters. Campers will be in single person Thrill Cats to take on the rapids of the Peshtigo. The Peshtigo River is known for having the longest continuous stretch of rapids in the Midwest. We will ride many class III rapids with names like Five Foot Falls, Toothache, and Horserace Rapids.

Our second river is the Menominee River, which provides the whitewater enthusiast with some of the largest rapids in the Midwest, with characteristics similar to those found on the Colorado River. Hang on tight, this river will surely be one to remember!

During our stay, we will have the opportunity to climb over 100 feet on the
Alpine Tower high ropes course. Certified instructors will be providing belay lessons to safely get us up and down this giant jungle gym. This is a remarkable high ropes course adventure where you will be able to try your luck on the Corporate Ladder, Dangling Logs, and the Diabolical See-Saw.
